Return & Withdrawal Policy

Are you not satisfied with your order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have two simple options:

  • You may return the unused item within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund.
  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, simply send us a clear photo of the problem. In most cases, our customer service can resolve the issue quickly without requiring a return.

Once we receive your return or approve your photo, we will process your refund within 24 hours. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we are here to resolve any problem quickly and easily.

Returns by Post

You have up to 14 days after delivery to exchange your item for another size or color, or to request a refund.

Important Return Conditions:

  • Items purchased as part of value packs or special promotions are not eligible for return.
  • Due to the nature of certain products, such as liquid gels, we cannot accept these items back.

Hygiene Regulations for Personal Articles

We understand how important it is to feel safe when ordering beauty, health, and personal care products. However, due to strict hygiene regulations, some items cannot be returned or refunded. This includes:

  • Bras, underwear, and lingerie
  • Make-up, skincare, or cosmetics
  • Opened lotions, gels, or personal care products
  • Shapewear or any item with direct skin contact

Why? These products are considered intimate or hygiene-sensitive. Once they leave our warehouse, we can no longer guarantee their unused condition — even if they appear unopened. This means we cannot safely restock or resell them. This policy is not only our standard but also common industry practice, and it complies with health and safety regulations, particularly in the post-COVID environment. We take our customers’ safety seriously and appreciate your understanding.

Additional Cases Where Returns Cannot Be Accepted

  • If the product has been used, repaired, or modified in any way
  • If external regulations concerning product materials prevent the return (e.g., product safety or composition laws)

Before returning an item, please contact us by email at info@nuri-fit.com to obtain the correct return address.
We operate multiple distribution centers, and it is essential to confirm which warehouse your order was shipped from.

⚠️ Important: Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed. If items are sent to the wrong facility, your return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

2. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@nuri-fit.com.

We understand that plans change and are here to assist. Please note the following cancellation policy:

  • Full Order Cancellation:
    If your cancellation request is received within 12 hours of placing the order and before the order has shipped, we will process the cancellation. A €5 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and payment provider fees, which are non-refundable on our side.
  • Partial Order Changes (Modifications):
    If you wish to change your order (e.g., remove an item or reduce the quantity) and your request is received within 12 hours of placing the order and before shipment, no cancellation fee will apply.

⚠️ Once an order has shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.
⚠️ Please do not refuse delivery. Rejected parcels may not be returned to our warehouse, and no refund will be provided.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send us a clear photo showing the problem. The photo should be taken on a flat surface, in good lighting, and must show both the product label and the defect.

  • Reports made after the 14-day window are not eligible for refund or replacement. This rule is strictly enforced to ensure timely claims and prevent misuse of the return process.
  • If the damage is confirmed and reported within the return window, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, according to your preference.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you return an item because it does not meet your expectations, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, any original shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
  • Delivery times for exchanges or replacements may vary depending on your location.

📦 We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking confirmation.

🔁 Important Note: Returns may be processed at our designated return center. Please ensure you are willing to cover return shipping costs before proceeding.

5. Important Shipping & Return Rules

  • Refused Deliveries: Orders cannot be cancelled once processed (usually within 12 hours). Refusing delivery instead of following the return process may cause the package to be misrouted. In such cases, we will not receive the item and cannot issue a refund.
  • Incorrect Return Address: Returns sent without prior approval may go to the wrong facility. Refunds are not granted for returns not sent to the designated return center. Always email us first at info@nuri-fit.com.
  • Invalid or Undeliverable Addresses:
    • If your order is returned to us because of an invalid or undeliverable shipping address provided at checkout, no refund will be issued.
    • If the order is returned to us, you may request reshipment (new shipping fees apply). Otherwise, the order will be considered cancelled and closed.
    • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.

6. EU Right of Withdrawal

For customers within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

  • Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds include the cost of the product and standard shipping, but not additional services such as express delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
